Introducing passkeys

You can now sign in to Hubble Studio with a passkey: your fingerprint, face or device PIN instead of your password.

Passkeys are stored on your devices or in your password manager, like 1Password, iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager. They only work on Hubble Studio, so unlike passwords they can not be phished or leaked. And as a passkey already verifies both your device and you, you don't need to enter a two-factor code when signing in with one.

Getting started

Hubble Studio offers to create a passkey for you the next time you sign in. You can also create one at any time in the Security tab of your profile, where you can rename and remove your passkeys as well.

Once you have a passkey, click on Sign in with a passkey on the login page, or pick it directly from your browser's suggestions in the email field. You can also use it instead of your password when confirming your access before sensitive actions.
