Choose your PHP and Node.js versions

Until now, the PHP and Node.js versions of a project were set when the project was created, and could not be changed in Hubble Studio.

You can now change the PHP and Node.js versions of your project yourself. Open your project, navigate to the Settings tab and select the versions in the new Software section. Hubble Studio updates the infrastructure of all environments for you.

Keep track of the version lifecycle

PHP and Node.js versions are only maintained for a limited time. To help you stay on a supported version, Hubble Studio now shows the lifecycle of every version:

• The version selection shows until when each version is supported, whether it only receives security fixes, and since when a version has reached its end of life.
• Starting 90 days before the end of life, a warning in your project reminds you to upgrade.
• Once a version has reached its end of life, your project shows an alert, since the version no longer receives security fixes.
