Request services directly in Hubble Studio

Some services, like Varnish, Object Storage, RabbitMQ, Meilisearch and OpenSearch, are set up and changed by our team. Until now, that meant writing to our support team and going back and forth until we had everything we needed. You can now request these services directly in Hubble Studio instead.

Getting started

Open the service under Services, for example Services > Object Storage, and click Request … to request its setup, or Request a change if it's already enabled for your project. Hubble Studio then asks you exactly the questions we need for that service, so your request reaches our team complete and we can get started right away. Enabling Redis and MySQL for an existing project works the same way.

Following your requests

You'll find all requests of your project under the Support tab of the project, together with their status. Once our team has set up or changed the service, your request is marked as Completed. If we can't carry out a request, it's marked as Declined and you'll find the reason right on the request.
